SPICY ROASTED CARROTS WITH 11 MAGIC HERBS & SPICES by Whitney Aronoff
Ingredients
6 large carrots
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp Italian seasoning, mixed with 3 tsp Adams Reserve Tandoori seasoning
1/2 cup high-quality feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice carrots into 3-inch pieces, then slice the carrot in half.
In a large bowl, drizzle carrots with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and plate. Top with cilantro, parsley, and a sprinkle of feat.
NOTES
Notice that I created my own 11 Magic Herb & Spices by combing Italian seasoning and Tandoori Masala. The variety of flavors is incredible. But of course, if you want to stick with the original recipe, I suggest buying Whitney’s 11 Magic Herb & Spice blend from her store. I couldn’t wait to try this recipe :)
